Great for Dunk and totally deserved, but bloody hell, that squad shows you again how much of a twat Southgate is. How he can pick Maguire and Phillips with a straight face is beyond me.

Knowing the way he usually is, he'll start Slabhead and give him 90 mins in both games alongside the guy that let it bounce and leave Dunk as an unused sub.

Maguire has been great for England though. Crap for Man U at times but for England he steps up

Couldn't give a toss about England and haven't looked at who else is in the squad, but chuffed for Dunk to get the recognition he deserves for being bloody brilliant.

These selections do make you wonder about the Southgate/Palace connections... Lewis has been playing well for years and finally finally makes it into a squad. But on the other hand Crystal Palace are having a mediocre at best season & there's 3 of theirs in. Fair enough Eze, as he's looked decent & scored some nice goals. But one of them is Sam Johnston who has played 8 (EIGHT) Prem games this season, and the other is Guehi from the heart of their very leaky defence. Im not saying they're bad players but sometimes you do feel the bar for a Brighton player to get in is set a lot higher than it is a Palace player.
