I vaguely recall that when he was called up last time, he had a family break planned and booked and either he or Mrs Dunk looked to see if anyone wanted to take their (presumably non-refundable) hotel booking off them.

I would imagine it's highly likely he is scheduled to be away when these upcoming England games are scheduled.
