With the friendlies now done with and the candidates given their chance to wear the armband for England, who do you think should get if full-time under Capello ???

I would say Rio, he seems to boss about the most on the pitch and knows what it has to be a leader.

Play a sweeper system

When we played this way with Ledley King in the roll we actually looked good as he was directing BOTH the defence and midfield.

It worked but when he got injured we just dropped it??

Barry. he's in the centre of everything, sees whats going on and what needs to be done and will perform. making him captain more or less books him in as first name on the sheet.

Right here, right now
If Barry does get the arm band, will he be the first ex-Albion player to be England captain?

 i'm not even going to dignify that comment with a rant...

Barry gets my vote , and again i'm suprised by the amount of Rio votes - he is a good player don't get me wrong but doesn't represent an England captain for me , if we were having a defensive captain then surely it's better off sticking with JT?
