They’ve deserved the equaliser. I like the way we play, but we need tempo when we go forward. It’s only since they’ve scored that we’ve had the desire to catch them out.

Most of the side have a Premier League match to play this weekend, so are not going to bust a gut in an England friendly. Especially the likes of Sterling, Young, Stones, Dier, Walker et-al who are pretty much nailed on going to Russia.

It was a foul, no question. If that happened to my team, I'd be shouting for a pen. A foul is a foul, even if it is accidental.
