If Liverpool and Arsenal had turned up at Swansea, we'd be just 1 win away from safety.

Stoke, Southampton and West Brom for me, same as many others it seems. That said I had us to only survive by 2 points on 37.

If my betting over the weekend is anything to go by I haven't got a clue who's going to beat who, but for the record I so hope I am right.

12 Brighton 40
13 Huddersfield 35
14 West Ham 34
15 Southampton 33
16 Swansea 32
17 Newcastle 32
18 Stoke 31
19 Crystal Palace 30
20 West Brom 23

I made it WBA, Stoke and Swansea relegated with us in 14th on 38 points.

I’d take that.

Southampton, Stoke and West Brom. Saints have a nasty run in as do Stoke. West Brom barely picking up any more points.

Albion 15th on 38. And again, 35 gets you home, so it feels like 4 more points plus no degradation of our goal difference might get us home.

10 Bournemouth 45
11 Crystal Palace 42
12 West Ham 42
13 Watford 42
14 Huddersfield 39
15 Brighton 38
16 Newcastle 35
17 Swansea 34
18 Southampton 30
19 Stoke 29
20 West Brom 23

Southampton, Stoke, West Brom for me - with more points than everyone else seems to have them, but still down; us in 13th, below Hudds and Newcastle but will make me happy. Saints run-in of 4 home, 6 away could be fatal for them. For some reason I have Bournemouth doing very badly from here

Your league table

10 West Ham 43

That's not particularly pessimistic. We'd all take a draw against Arsenal, and a draw away to Everton would be decent too. I assume Everton will be stronger favourites to beat us, than we will be to beat Hudds. I don't think your predictions are bad, could well be spot on, but I wouldn't call them pessimistic.

A decent performance against Swansea and everyone's lost the plot.

You are right (of course).

I should have said, that I wasn't excessively gung ho with my predictions for our games.
8 pts from our last 10 would be a decent return.
