Went for a pessimistic view and had us not winning another game but picking up 6 draws (vs. Arsenal, Everton, Huddersfield, Leicester, Palace & Burnley) and finishing on 37 points and still 5 points clear of safety in 16th spot.

I have us and 4 other teams on 40 points with Swansea, Stoke and West Brom to go down.

But the volume of teams currently below/just above us and therefore in the mix means that lots of points will be dropped by them regardless of our results. The predictor thing is an eye opener in that respect. They can't all get three points and climb the table as those points will mean another bottom feeder drops back into the mire.

It's interesting.
I can see that they can't all get loads of points, but can't they all average a good point per game, meaning they finish on 37+?

SCC at 9/2 looks quite nice.

I relegated West Brom, Stoke and ... Watford?! With us, Southampton and Swansea all a point ahead.

16th on 37 for us. Swansea, Stoke and WBA on 32, 29 and 25 points.

Defeat at Palace included. Sorry.

Nearly the same as me. Except I think we'll beat Huddersfield but lose to Palace and Arsenal.

Either way that's quite a cool gadget for a Croydon rag. Pleasingly FC Croydon go down in my analysis. I just hope the team doesn't show the complacency we are now showing after 1 decent month!
It's the same one Middlesbrough had 2 years ago ( and presumably last year ) I think.

34 seems the total of the 18th placed team.

So add 1 for goal difference, and 3 unexpected points for last day sillyness, and 38 points is still the albion target for me.

Stoke winning at Southampton would reduce it to 37 - just 2 more wins.

Well, that surprised me. I have WBA, Stoke and Swansea for the drop, with the Swans on 33. We’re in 14th with 36.

4 points from Arsenal and Everton *could* see us safe, and then we can concentrate on the cup.

Summary:

Most people forecasting that 35pts keeps you up.

Almost everyone forecasting that the three promoted sides stay up (quite unusual I think)

When modelled, Saints' run in looks nasty

No surprise, all going for West Brom down
