Wouldn’t describe him as a thug. If it came down to it the floppy haired little runt would have nothing to offer. The teenage Conor Bradley looked like he would eat him in the first half when they both got booked.
From Bradley’s own account 😂

I thought 'Bottle Jobs' was pretty classless, low rent and tacky.
For reasons unknown all a bit to personal.

Oh and scripted - the very worst kind of commentary.
I think it all came from him wanting them to win againsgt the enemy Liverpool, seeing the brilliant opportunity they had in extra time against a bunch of school kids and the quote came from frustration and disbelief at what a bunch of primadonnas they truly are.

"This what we see here today is so exceptional, we may never see again"

Sorry, were they down to 9 men at 3-0 down or something?

Klopp managing to remind us that he's a complete twat.

Irrespective, it was seconds after Chelsea lost, they were on the deck and he couldn't help himself and punched down.

@Wozza is right, it's Chelsea, it's funny, but to me at least also a bit shitty.

It was definitely hyperbolic, but you have to concede Liverpool played extra-time with KIDS/academy graduates.

Don't know how many PL appearances the subs have between them? Not many.

And yet, as Poch conceded, Chelsea players were hoping for penalties. Gutless.

It felt like a heavily scripted “headline grabbing” quote to make the moment about him rather than the winning team.

And so it transpired.

Yeah it might be tacky (football generally is) but it's Chelsea and they deserve absolutely everything they get. Nasty, rich racist fans. Success built on blood-oil and corruption then a billionaire American wrestler who completely pillared (and continues to!) my football club. If anyone deserves it, it's them.

I hope FFP destroys them.

Well-time and appropriate though.

Going into the game, Chelsea weren't favourites so it wasn't theirs to 'bottle'.

But the match was there for the taking in the extra-time - and they blew it, gloriously.

I thought it was just after Liverpool scored?

They certainly had some younger inexperienced players for the last 15 minutes of the game, but still had van Dijk, Diaz, Elliott, Gomez, and Tsimikas on the pitch. And they were playing against a bottom half PL team. The odds going into extra time weren't far off evens (Chelsea were slight favourites).

"so exceptional, we may never see again" - that's more than a bit of hyperbole, it's complete f***ing nonsense.

I'm delighted they won, partly because it's funny seeing Chelsea lose, but mostly because it gives us a better chance of qualifying for Europe. But Klopp is a twat.

Liverpool had some inexperienced players on the pitch, Chelsea had some knackered players on the pitch

Winning in the last 5 minutes against the shitest Chelsea side in recent memory does not compare with coming back from 3-0 down against AC Milan in the CL final. Even the thought of such comparison is laughable.

Yeah they (thankfully) blew it, but it's not the players' fault the idiot owner has spunked a billion.
