Who you, or the EDL plan to 'hit back' at exactly, or how the EDL are better equipped to tackle Islamic extremism than the Police, or the British security services?.

Even after seeing the disgraceful scenes at Remembrance Day, the grooming in Oxford, Derby, Rotherham etc, the slating of our troops at homecoming parades.......still this nasty EDL who shout and holla, but don't actually kill or maim anyone are really terrible aren't they.
When the EDL are the cause of any deaths, bombings or butchering, then many will not sympathize with their stance.

Sympathize.......yes, a lot of people are not keen on some of the people that attach themselves to the demos, but are so appalled at the bombing, butchering and grooming, let alone the bile coming out of Andy Choudary and his gangs mouths, that they are prepared to forgive the misgivings of some of the EDL, and concentrate on why they are the only ones that speak out.

People get called racist becasue they direct their hate at people based on their religion (not technically racism but close enough) rather than people based on their actions. This thread has highlighted the fact than EDL sympathisers blame and hate many innocent people simply because of their religion rather than because they have actually done something wrong. Nothing to do with an easy get out or being a socialist (I am not a socialist).

If you blame all Muslims for the actions of a few then you will get called racist (xenophobia would be a closer definition but the meaning of racist seems to be evolving)

I notice that the Guy in the second video is part of a Muslim group who is trying to tackle Islamic extremism - So much for them not doing anything about it?

I also notice that he says that we turned to a radical group at 16 when he was beaten up and attacked by a far group in Essex - a fine example of groups like the EDL driving a young Muslim into the arms of the radical recruiters

Lie I said a few posts ago if this is not your beliefs or the beliefs of the EDL then you might want to think about how you come across and they might want to think about improving their PR.

As an example this post does not seem to be talking about radical Islam it appears to be criticising islam as a religion.

Maybe BF but the other religions and cultures in this country are causing no problems. These other faiths are not demanding changes like special treatment in jails, in schools that are non muslim, wanting all muslim crimes dealt with by sharia courts instead of the law of the land.

The example that you put up was surely even plain enough to you. The examples i put are what the extreme muslims want/practice, are they not.
Youv'e tried the racist card, then realised that i have no problems with the other faiths, because quite frankly they cause no problems in England. So you move on to disliking everybody who is a muslim.

Apparently Robinson had his bank account frozen, his family (including his mum and dad) harassed by the police and threatened. Then he was locked up time after time, mostly for trumped up charges. Personally i think that it was a case of get out and denounce or we will lock you up for a long time.
Strange how this mob have accepted him with open arms after he has been depicted as a racist, neo nazi etc for the last 4 years.....very strange imo.

Ok, but i'm sure when you implied this a couple of nights ago, i stated that i would have to remember to put "extreme" in my future posts.
Hopefully what does come across in my posts are the parts of this "extremist" traits, in this country, that are unacceptable. I also stated and still think the moderate muslims could do a lot more to douse the fuel of the EDL, by tackling and standing up to them.

as you can see from that clip tommy weren't a racist yet people like you made him out to be. you and dave couldn't help yourselves but tar the edl as a racist group yet these two blokes were its f***ing leaders for **** sake and they aint racist !! so it proves they aint an entirely racist group, the same way as you accused me of tarring all muslims as fundementalists yet you were doing exactly the same thing by tarring all edl as racists

again fairplay to the muslims in that clip & especially fair play to tommy and his cousin. somehow though "& I hate to put a dampner on things" I personally don't trust quiliam and its muslim members, nothing racist in my thoughts whatsoever but its just a gut feeling I get with them (& please boys don't bring out the racist card) but again & as I said a few pages back, I sincerely hope im proved to be wrong in all of this but I can only go with my gut feeling.
