Eating in the toilet

Perhaps they eat the banana on the way to the toilet and place the skin in the bin prior to 'making some room'? If it bothers you that much, get in early and have yourself a stakeout.

Could be feasible that they are just discarding rubbish, but every morning? I've also seen crisp crumbs on the floor so scoffing is definitely going on.
I like the idea of a steakout, I might try it tomorrow :)

Couple of years ago I was standing at the Porcelain in the Dukes Square Gents and a guy came in and stood next to me. He had a half finished burger in one hand and carried on eating. He used his other hand to "do the necessary" took another bite of his burger and left the building - carefully avoiding the sinks.

Wrong, wrong, wrong on so many levels!!!

I saw a bloke at my work walk into a cubicle holding a baguette. Heard him unzip his trousers and sit down then proceed to take a bite of his baguette. DISGUSTING!

Eating in the toilet must be a male thing - woman have long conversations on their mobiles (why would you want to) while doing whatever we do in there.

They probably suffer from cock shyness. Happens to a lot of people. Stand at the urinal dying for a piss and nothing will come out as soon as someone stands next to you. I've had it in the past but I'm fine now. *touches ceramic*

As for eating in the toilet it's rather odd and I'd probably not want to be invited round for tea.

After recent alleged shenanigans at The Amex I bet some blokes who use those cubicles come out feeling anything but shy, if you catch my drift...

Eating and drinking in the toilet is a big no no, can only just get my head round reading on the bog. I'm usually done within a minute or two so unless you're constipated how anyone can get quality reading time out of it is beyond me!

I saw a guy in the WSU bogs the other day with his pint on the floor by his feet and an open sarnie box resting on the top of the urinal.

Very odd behaviour.

Absolutely disgusting.

They really need to put some tables or shelves in there.

On "TGI Friday" (remember that) they did a hidden camera stunt and set up a free buffet in a toilet (A nice one in a club I think). The men were more willing to take advantage of it than the ladies I recall.

TFI....

Anyway the thing that I never understand is why people stop talking when they go into a cubicle. If you go into the loo and a mate is there at a urinal/sink everyone chats away as if they weren't in a loo at all.
However, as soon as someone has decided to SIT DOWN, it's as if it's illegal to continue to chat & the rules are stricter than a library...
Why is this!?

I wonder if it's a throw back to our school days. I remember that if I wanted a number 2 at school, you had to undertake guile and silence akin to a ninja for fear of having your "mates" almost kicking down the trap door and accusing you of being a dirty pooer :)

On a slightly different note, there is a coffee shop near where I work (Foley Street to be precise), which used to be an underground khazi. It's a most weird place - the counter is one side, I suppose where the basins were, while the old urinals are still there, with shelves above to place your drink if you're standing, with a few seats dotted around. The coffee is very expensive too - a small Americano is £2.60. I've only been there once - there is a better place down the road, also Aussie-run, and much more generous with their helpings. Also, I noticed while on the bus back into town on Saturday that the former khazi in Elm Grove that was a flower stall is now a pizza shop. Not sure I could ever buy food from somewhere that used to be a khazi (notwithstanding my example above).

The Norfolk Square ones are now a newsagents and a barbers. Drives me mad that people get arrested for pissing in public!

The top of Elm Grove the old public toilets used to be a cafe.

Really cannot believe the amount of people who do not wash their hands after using the toilet...1's or 2's...when using the urinals you will get splash back or dribbles over your clothes, doesn't matter how careful you are...these same people who don't wash come out the toilet and dip their hands into the bar snacks...your turn next to take some bar snacks....
