I couldn't agree more.

I didn't see them complaining about the dodgey sending off. Spoilt, primadonnas. I would like to see Terry stripped of the England capataincy if he does not publically apologise.

It is upsetting that even when kids play football in the park you see diving, a lack of respect and over the top actions when sopmething doesn't go their way. they do this because they see their premiership 'heroes' doing exactly the same week-in-week-out. This generation of footballert have a lot to answer for.

Oh well, same old Chelsea, always cheating.

Absolutely right, I agree with every word of that.

On looking at posts within the thread, I have to admit I do partly agree with some of comments ie: they reap what they sow etc etc.....but when that whistle last night went...man I felt sorry for chelsea and was angry at the incompetency from ref at that level.

Oh well bring on the final

Drogba is an utter wanker, I hated him loads before tonight, and then after that, I dont think I hate any sports person more than him

Had he not forgotton that Barcelona played half an hour with 10 men because of the ref too. They had hald an hour to keep a clean sheet against 10 MEN. They f***ed up, accept it

John Terry should be stripped of England captaincy after that, not the example he should be setting, but what the f*** does he care, he will still get his £100,000 for the week.

Is John Terry really the man to be England captain ? I appreciate we are not blessed with alternatives - but there must be minimum standards that are expected mustn't there ?

Reminded me of the Keane years at Manure when he and his thug mates would chase the referee to contest a decision they did not agree with.

If Drogba played the game fairly he might get more penalties. The first thing that goes through the refs mind when he goes down is was it a dive, and if there is any doubt they don't give it.

If Chelsea had any balls they would ban Drogba/Terry and Ballack themselves but of course they won't. They will just continue to fuel the fire so that it festers within the team and they believe the whole world is against them.

Personally I don't care who is in the Champions league final. Have had enough of the Premiership and Sky TV and hopefully one day the whole lot will implode allowing the well run clubs from further down the league to rise to the top.

I hope they throw the book at Drogba. He's a nasty, cheating, juvenile, prima donna thug who seems to have forgotten he cost Chelsea the Champions League last season, and almost certainly cost them another go with that miss last night, a mistake every bit as big as any of the referee's. And while UEFA are at it, they can ban Ballack and Terry as well.

Chelsea are a club with no class whatsoever. It comes from the top, so you only have to look at Kenyon to see how everyone else is going to behave. The only person with a modicum of decency is the temporary manager, and he'll be off soon.

The club should be punished for their players collectively losing it, and should be punished again if the referee receives death threats from fans, which is as bad as crowd trouble. It's about time they realised that 'being role models' is not some meaningless mantra.

And Terry complaining about a conspiracy theory is just too embarrassing for words. What a total twat. Some leader. There probably are people that would rather see at least one non-English team in the final, and I'm one of them. Two English teams isn't the same, anmd Man Utd v Barcelona is a great final. But to suggest that the referee is in on it is pathetic, and was probably a question from some bitter journalist who now won't be going. They have their part to play in this. The rest of Europe, especially after how Chelsea reacted, will be even more delighted.

But apart from that, I love Chelsea, they'e great.

Bad ref? yes I agree but if Drogba had not have rolled around the floor like a dying swan every time he was touched the 4 mins would not have been added on.Imo Drogba's cheating has finaly caught up with him and HE is to blame for the defeat.

What is this crap about UEFA and Blatter hating England? Blatter works for FIFA so had nothing to do with the Champions League. Granted Chelsea should have had 1 or 2 penalties last night but Barcelona didn't get all the decisions either - the red card, for example. Part of the excitement of football comes from the referee's decisions. Sometimes you get the luck and sometimes you don't.

What about the first leg? I don't think even the most biased Chelsea fan could say that the referee was a homer in the Nou Camp.

If there's any banning, it should be Ballack, Drogba and perhaps Terry. Their behaviour was appalling and embarrassing. I would find it impossible to support Brighton if our players behaved like that.
They do hate England. I am not saying this is why the decision didn't go their way and I 100% agree ballack, drogba and a few others need to be dealt with.

Yes, Chelsea (a few players in particular) are a bunch of cheats

Yes, Chelsea had plenty of chances to win it themselves

Yes, the referee was bloody awful

Yes, Chelsea's reaction at the end was wrong and yes they should be punished for it

However all those people saying throw the book at them need to climb down a bit. Clearly you've never played in a match anywhere near as important as this one and gone out, very largely due to a pretty incompetant referee. You all know that if that game had been Brighton on the receiving end of those decisions we'd all be going mental, so add to that the fact it's the chumps league semi final I can totally understand their frustrations.

Doesn't make it right but anyone who expects people, in any walk of life to just accept those decisions is kidding themselves.

Drogba had every right to pissed off, it was he that missed a golden chance to put the tie beyond Barca and it was he that went down like a sack of spuds which led the medical people coming on resulting in a long amount of injury time only for him to back up and playing 20 seconds after going off. I'm only grateful that ITV weren't covering it...Andy "the moronic hermaphrodite" Townsend probably would have joined in with jostling the ref.

Yeah, agreed, but the ref got 4 decisions badly wrong, the 3 penalty shouts and the sending off were awful decisions.

The ref was not capable of being in charge of a game of that magnitude.

Absolutely spot on. However, in my opinion, the referees mistakes did not justify the reponses of Drogba, Ballack or Terry. I apprieciate it was a big occasion, however I am worried that kids will see this and think it is acceptable behaviour - see my post on page 2 of this thread.

I sort of agree with him.

They could have a case. UEFA and blatter have always hated England and the thought of having another all English final would have made their blood boil. I still think him and a few others should be banned.

Wait..... they have what as a case?
The Barcalona goal was a perfectly good one, the handball shout was ball-to-hand, all penalty shouts were extremely debateable (as was the one given against United the night before), and not one of those 'penalty' attempts by Chelsea would have warranted the opposing player getting sent off (which would be required since they were last-man situations).

I didn't want a top prime football match that went Worldwide spoiled by cheating tactics, and I CERTAINLY didn't want the referee to underline such acts by awarding Chelsea the match result on a platter!

Add to these aforementioned;- from the previous match in Barca Chelsea fouled Henry in the box and THAT was a clear penalty they got away with.
Drogba did have legitimate opportunities to score and win the game - but he was rubbish, a "F***ING DISGRACE" to use his words.

Chelsea - shut the eff up, sit the eff down, and accept that you lost over two fixtures. IF you concentrated more on playing fairly you might have won - END OF.

They do hate England.

I dont think uefa hate England. I think they hate the English Domenece in the last few years. Whats wrong with that? I kinda pisses me off too. Is it so wrong that they want to see more German, Spanish and Italian teams in the final?

If Chelsea had scorded more goals that Barca, they would have won. They are the worst losers i have ever seen.

And to call it a conspirecy, after the ref sent the team 'he wants to win' down to 10 men really shows how THICK they are.
