It's quite possible, the way things are going, that Sunderland will be as good as down by then. Would he still want to go? I'm not so sure.

His injury problems this season would also make a move elsewhere unlikely. I think we may just hold on to him.

Watched the Watford game on Sky and it was so obvious that we need Liam back to make things work again. He is vital to us and I am sure our season will pick up enormously when he is back. Don't sell!

Before we ever decided to sell a player to Gus we need to work out if he would send a player to us? If he wouldn't then we shouldn't.
