He sorta kinda maybe has a point about European foreign policy but other stuff is dead wrong. For example, suggesting the Serbian wars were led and caused by the US rather than, say, Serbian expansionism and a complex web of ethnic tensions unleashed by the collapse of communism…

Couldn't see that he has ever officially represented Russia at the UN but happy to see evidence. He has decades of political and economic experience (advisor to the UN secretary general).
The broader point is that strategically wouldnt it be great to strengthen ties within the Euro nations and build power that way (and more independence) rather than continue to be a vassal state of the US serving mainly to further its militaristic tendencies / nation building (interference)" that has proved so disastrous.
