Still in Brighton
Are you sure …

If though, as you say, you aren’t concerned about the issue because we have no say in it, probably this isn’t the thread for you then.
a/ I'm still not shitting the bed about something I can't control. And yes I can also feel it's frightening, the stupidity of man.
b/ I can read and post where I like mate, it's a free forum. Unlike many others here I don't feel the need to have the final word nor do I pretend to be the brightest spark (this isn't aimed at you btw).

It really doesn’t matter who wins tonight, Trump will be the nominee. Nikki Haley really hasn’t endeared herself to the conservative base over the last few days.

Oops, meant to post this…

There really are going to be many toys thrown out of prams on this forum if Trump wins again. Just saying..............lol
I don't think there will be - a lot of people are expecting it and the remainder wouldn't be surprised if it *does* happen.

It’s been inevitable for the past 2+ years, I’d be surprised if you could bet against him.

But when it happens my toys are certainly going, likely the pram too! I can’t even begin to imagine the chaos that will follow his election. Quite possible he’ll even make some absurd attempt at changing the constitution to give himself Putin like permanence (that’s a LOL btw!)

People can vote for who they want, and that is fine.

Personally I wouldn't vote for a known liar, fraudster, and sex offender, who refuses to debate policy, is routinely rude about people, and demonstrably has no loyalty to anyone other than himself.

True. It may seem an obvious comment but I think the United States is becoming irreparably broken......

Brighton factually.....

WTF

how can ANYONE listen to that and think, you know what he sounds like he knows what he is on about, let's trust him with the future not only of America but the world, what could possibly go wrong....

Utter, utter feck wits that vote for that moron, he is the devil not even in disguise, it is as plain as day he could bring about Armageddon, the man is just wrong...

I feel sorry for ordinary Americans, and let us be honest, not all Americans are stupid and will vote for this moron.

Never mind "God bless America"

Even he can't help them, they are too far gone....

Switch the lights out someone.

Gosh. New Hampshire Republicans are more stupid than I thought 🤦🏼‍♂️.
Don't make the mistake of thinking they are stupid. They have their reasons for choosing Trump, you just don't understand those reasons, or perhaps more importantly why they have them.

I'm not going to claim I understand those reasons either - though I suspect a decline in impartial journalism, and crappy search and recommendation algorithms on many prominent websites have a lot to do with it.

The arse end of Hangleton

He needs a history lesson - in WWI the US stayed more or less neutral for 3 years until joining the fight in June 1917. Even then their participation was limited. "Won two world wars" .... my arse.

Don’t think it’s a mindset limited to New Hampshire TBH
