Just had a look at the year register for old varndeanians but cannot find his name , so I dont think he went there but the name is vaguely familiar to me.

now you say it, i think he did go to Varndean, but im really not sure, we became great mates after school years, thanks though

I certainly remember the name - I lived in Westfield Crescent in patcham and Ridgeside avenue.

But my memory is not good enough to put a face to the name...sorry

Dave, the dave im on about would be about 50 / 51, his mum lived in a house in patcham, the only way i can describe this is as your driving out of brighton on the london road, you do a right (small roundabout) towards patcham, you follow the road round to the left, and theres some (what was back in the 70s) new houses on the left, theres about 5 / 6 of them, he lived there with his mum, sorry i cant remember the name of the road.

That would be great if you could, the last job i remember him having was in Gray & Whites, they made leaded light windows for churches and things like that, it was near the seven dials, and the only place i ever knew he lived was on the way into patcham, this guy your on about, would he be in his late 40s early 50s ? any info would be really appreciated..

He definaty has a sister, her name i honestly cant remember, christine does ring a bell, but im really not sure, im almost sure she was older than dave, so im guessing she would be either very late 40s / early 50s

no, I just looked up the internal phone book, and there is someone with his name among the 110,000 of us.
