Both Oscar & Gus have in part left the club because they weren't happy with our transfer process & budget. It is obvious they felt they didnt have enough input into this. Do you still feel the current process for selecting, scouting, and buying new players works or because of recent events do you think its needs some improvement? The reason I ask is because if the board feels the current process is adequate then do we not run the risk of exactly the same thing happening in future seasons?

Do we have a mid-table budget? And if so do you believe we have a realistic chance of gaining promotion until this changes?

Any chance on some insider information on the QT on the next manager, so that we can all go large at the bookies. Everyone's a winner then

What action would the club be prepared to take if The FA/Football League back away imposing the full force of FFP sanctions.

and/or

Does the club have any concerns that when the time comes The FA/Football League will not go through with FFP, due to the amount of teams clearly not complying.

If you were in a balloon with David Burke and Paul Barber and it started to descend rapidly, which would you throw out first?

Did you have a choice to make between keeping Oscar and changing the way players are brought into the club, or do you think he would still have left had those changes been made? If it is the former, can you explain (especially after such a shambolic January) why you decided to let him leave rather than make improvements behind the scenes?

Given what happened last year and the fact behind the scenes the playing side was in turmoil, it appears to an extent it has happened again is it now the time to make sweeping changes to how things are done on the management side?

Again relating to the play-offs the embarrassment of the goings on behind the scenes last year, it was again truly shocking to see what happened during the warm up on Sunday. It appears to only happen to us when we should be concentrating on the game, what is happening about the very public disagreement between a coach and a player? embarrassing!!

Although the two are very different situations, can you understand why the fans are concerned that two managers in two years have wanted to leave after getting the team into the playoffs?
