Spot on.It's really very clever but in 5 years time when the high streets are even more decimated, the finger of blame will be pointed at this sort of thing.
Ultimately, the big high street shops that have been targetted do differentiate themselves by providing a service. Compare that to the former presence of Dixons on the high street and their army of spotty student staff and early school leavers managed by fat blokes full of self importance - none of whom knew nothing about what they were selling.
