Stay with Burnley, Well I would....That joke of a league isn't worth a dime.

Would he not have a better budget to spend at Burnley. If he keeps them up he will then make him self more attractive to a whole host of clubs.

Although with Celtic gets europe and an easy chance to win silverware. Wonder where Gordon will end up.

Stay 1000x's!

Why would you leave? He can walk into any pub in Burnley and not spend a penny all night and could do no wrong!

Leveing would be the WORST thing he could do!

Burnley could well be next year's West Brom: they play cracking football but will probably struggle to pick up points. If Coyle stays and defies the odds, he'll probably be in line for a top prem job.

Tough call. Getting the Celtic job would give him a chance to experience European football obviously. Success in Europe might get him a good Prem job. Alternatively, keeping Burnley up might do the same.

Hes a Celtic fan apparantly, so i think he would go. Im not saying he should but i think he would.

Just seen Kevin Blackwell's interview after the game, sounded to me like he was ready to quit!

Depends on whether he wants a challenge or not, Keeping Burnley up is a MASSIVE challenge, managing to stay ahead of your only rivals in Scotland not so imho. Unfortunately as Gordon Strachan found out unless you are playing breathtaking attacking football, winning the league 3 years out of 4 is not enough for some Celtic fans.

Keeping Burnley in the Premiership will do a LOT more for his C.V than a 1 in 2 chance of winning the SPL and a group stage exit from the champions league will.

Yeah but if he fails to keep them up and is sacked?

Managing a team in the CL is still a big challenge, even if they're in a tin pot league like the SPL.

In short, Celtic is a big draw while also being the easy option.
