I don't think Knight wants White to go because to me he is nothing more than the spy in the camp - he must be - managers come and go but WHite stays?? can only mean one thing "Arse licker"

I've seen some bollocks on here but this takes the f***ing biscuit, it is a fact you want to believe nothing else. There are a number of reasons this could have been said many mentioned in the thread already, encouraging him to continue doing a job, providing some continuity to any new team coming in are a couple I can think of.

Some people on here need to engage their brain cells and reign in their jerky knees and perhaps ponder next time they are serving the big mac and fries and cleaning down the tables that perhaps things are a bit more complex and grey rather than black or white.

Gannon dis-appointed many of us in declining to accept a position that could set him up as a top man, he should have taken the long term situation rather than being put off by having to accept Booker and White,a lower salary than he is receiving and of course the fact there is little cash available to bring in decent players, at the end of his career he could well look back and say,If only..................

This really frustrates me now.

Adams was a man manager, not a coach, yet after the poor performances we have seen of late, with player's fitness and morale etc

This stems to the team of Booker and White, so for Dick knight to state this man will stay is a joke. I think Dick has lost the plot now, and if a new man dosent get an opportunity to bring his own set up with him i really doubt our chances of avoiding the drop!

Perhaps if White goes or better still had gone - perhaps if the Wilkins saga had been handled properly we may have been able to keep Wilkins - then had Wilkins and Adams together plus the united backing of the fans we might not be in the situation we are in now!
