Dick Knight please step down

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Considering a lot of clubs in such dire financial times slip into administration and lose assets etc. we are doing a pretty good job at staying afloat.

The Falmer crisis is not Dick or MPs fault, which should be blatently obvious. Some people seem to have forgotten how badly the club was mismanaged - perhaps time to dust off the copy of 'Build a Bonfire'. Our greatest achievement has to be the resurrection of our youth academy. Remind me who we produced during the Archer/Stanley era when the academy was ignored.

Yep its time dick stepped down, plenty of wannabe chairmans out there, the club hasn't moved forward at all.

Reckon fatboy slim should take over,as we all no dick doesn't spend a bean:nono:

You're spot on about there being plenty of wannabe chairmen out there-sadly, none of them are interested in The Albion.

As for FBS-he isn't interested in being a fully fledged member of the board so the chances of him being chairman are as slim as a very slim thing.

I said in the post, any of the other directors....Tony or Ray Bloom would be nice.
Would that be the same Ray Bloom that sat on his hands in the mid 90s while Archer and Belotti wrecked our club? Where was he when Dick Kinght was the ONLY person willing to keep the Albion in business? No thanks. He's more interested in his own wallet than the Albion. Dick Knight may not be fabulously wealthy but he does have the best interests of the club at heart. If you're going to replace Dick find a REAL supporter, not the Blooms

Quite. And, lest we forget, here's another chance to see Tony Bloom's major claim to fame:

Tony Bloom’s Sporting Options - £3.6 million turns out to be only £100,000

Knight IN!

Worthing
If the Blooms are going to take over I hope they do it in the next 6 weeks. It will save me the money I would have spent on renewing our 3 year season tickets.

Well I made it up, didn't I? You see that's the point! If you cannot name your source, you don't have an argument. Only the Blooms know how much money they actually have, they may even lie about it to other people. Who knows? (Not you, that's for sure!)

well no actually.

I will not name my "source" as I was party to some interesting information from previous employees of the club. I am not in the game of using this to cause mischief as some people seem to want to do, however, wether you chose to accept what I say, to be frank, I really dont give a flying f***. At some time in the future, all will out, but until then all of this comment is based on what people have gleaned, heard, guessed or made up.

I take it you are a club employee, as you certainly like to give the impression you know more than most

That would indeed be the same Ray Bloom...........the same Ray Bloom that sits on the Board of Directors now......with Dick knights approval.

One question -

At this current time what good would DK stepping down actually do?

Apart from a few attention seekers, we all know that there would be no benefit in DK stepping down. That's not to say that he's always right.....

That last paragraph is perhaps the most HYPOCRITICAL thing I've read on NSC. And that's some achievement.

I've clearly said I know nothing about the Blooms finances other than what I read in the press (see the link posted by THPP). It's YOU that continually claims to know more than most on this, hence your repeated posts informing people that they are WRONG and that you are RIGHT.

What this shitty little thread proves is that most people know nothing of any substance about what goes on behind the closed doors of the boardroom, but this doesn't stop them proclaiming that they do on NSC. Of course in your book, that's not mischief. It is in mine though.

1) Let fans know that the club has got rid of the millstone around its neck.

2) Give someone with more money to invest than Tight the chance to control the club.

3) Give a real fan the chance to run the club!
