The whole thing is just flat, both the game and the atmosphere insofar as there is one.

I think it's really sad that with limited crowds there are people in the stadium who are more interested in their phones than what is happening on the pitch. ( especially the blond lady just shown on tv)

Italy have been really disappointing tonight.

Then seemed to get frustrated too when things weren't going to plan and reverted a bit to the Italy of old. Playing for free kicks and rolling around, and even arguing among themselves.

In his defence, the VAR use in this tournament in general has been great. This is what we were promised a year ago when the premier league introduced it.

Its a stark contrast to what Mike Riley and the PGMOL have delivered.
