Wonder if a German manager might help convince Deniz to come back?

Certainly likely to be familiar with his Bundesliga exploits

I’m not so sure.

It seems that much like De Zerbi, our possible new German manager likes his centre forwards to drop into midfield to be disrupters and playmakers. Welbeck does this brilliantly, Pedro is is getting there and Ferguson has massive potential. I’m not sure if this is Undav’s game. It might be O’Mahony who gets the 4th choice role this season.

Yup. And German. Assuming Stuttgart don't stump up the cash he'll been looked at very closely in pre season I'm sure.
Been an outstanding loan move for both him and the club.
