The huge unknown in all this is Evan - if he can get back to even 95% of where he was pre-injury/illness then with no Europe we don't need too much more than him and Welbeck.

I'm convinced Undav will leave, but on the club's terms. My 'hunch' is £25m in a payment schedule that we want. Let's see how he performs with a 'record signing' tag around his neck rather than 'on loan'. Fans' patience/expectations tend to change in those circumstances.

He wasn't here last season so we can hardly miss him can we?

If he's going to be doing that, even more reason to keep him. Piss him off more. Make him train on his own, poor performances in training? well thats a fine.

I agree.

But I guess everyone isn't fit

Welbeck is a nailed on starter and his fitness record has been terrific since he's been with us
Pedro won't be back for a while
Fergson, even longer
Osman, may be able to play that position, he looked good to me, but has limited experience
O'Mahoney, even less experienced and is presumably being lined up for a loan
Enciso, not currently with the squad but could play up there, is he preferred elsewhere though?

It looks like Fab will be looking to play 2 strikers for some or all of games, that means I guess you want 4 players who can play that position. It's plausible to me that we would be reluctant to sell while we wait for some sort of definite prognosis on Pedro and Ferguson
I’m not sure Ferguson and Pedro are that far away from being available.

I’m led to believe Pedro back for QPR game and Ferguson likely to be back in time for the start of the season.

Agree with the statement about Feguson, being thenknown factor.
RE: Undav, The truth is that for the 2nd half of last season, it might have been nice to have had the option of Undav, but we really weren't producing anything for him anyway,

My gut tells me, with decent wingers scaring the life out of premier league defenders, Evan will be filling his boots.
However so would Undav.

I'm not sure there is any harm in having Undav Ferguson, Welbeck and Pedro at our disposal.
Welbeck and Pedro offer loads more than goals. Having 2 out and out goalscorers in the squad would make a nice change.

Made a big impact there then. I guess you never watched what you were seeing of the player while he was at the Albion then?
Yeah, I watched the player with the best minutes to goal ratio during our time in the PL despite struggling mentally for large parts of the season.

Wonder why they shipped him out. Ooh, tricky one for the hard of thinking :dunce:
Because he was struggling with living in England and had made it clear the whole time he was here?

You don't help yourself with such idiotic comments.

It's not a crime to be objective shirley? Even on NSC

If a player did that to me on FM he'd be sent to double endurance training daily and not even playing with the youth team or reserves. If this is true make him train solo don't want the youth teams thinking this sort of behaviour gets them anywhere.
Maybe TB is aware of Undav’s outbursts and is just pissing him off 🤣

So, Pedro wasn't fit enough to go to Tokyo, but he'll be back for the PSF a few days after the team returns?

Ferguson (who, as far as we know, hasn't even joined group training yet) will be ready for a match in 19 days time?

I am sceptical, to say the least.

These aren't the players you're looking for.

I’m sceptical. If what is reported in this tweet was true, then there’s no way that we’d have turned down that 25m offered.

If it were true it wouldn't only be being reported by a local newspaper.

A Premier League player threatening to go on strike would be a huge story.

Is there anything more tedious than people presenting what is clearly a subjective position as being "objective" and using this supposed objectivity as a basis to berate anyone with a different view as stupid?
Especially when I actually bought statistics to it, something objective.

All @Tom Hark Preston Park did was state opinions with no actual facts lmao.
