In the context of the piece yes I believe I did. TBH it's been nearly two weeks since I watched it so telling you exactly which jokes I did and didn't laugh at is tricky.

The regular trick of threatening to privatise the BBC has the effect of putting them in a position whereby whatever they report and in whatever way they report it they get pelters all the time, so, you are left with the largest independent broadcaster in the UK powerless to report anything remotely controversial. Johnson and his cronies and the fruit loopers on here have the BBC right where they want them sadly.

It is a tragic consequence of politically ill-educated people being given platforms (or safe spaces) which allow their views to go unchallenged.

In recent times I have spoken to young Corbynistas who passionately espouse their support for neo-socialism and it’s ideology whilst whining about not being able to get on the housing ladder.

I was drinking in the Prince Regent one night before Brexit and 2 young Herberts wanted to discuss it with me; one of whom said to me at the start of the conversation that politically he was a communist. When I explained that meant he would be supporting leave he was crushed. But he wasn’t a communist, just like many of the Corbynistas are not socialists.

Little wonder if they don’t know what they are, they equally don’t know what fascists are? Fascists and racists are just the people they disagree with, no more no less. This forum franks that position in spades (no racist pun intended).
