I'm happy, would've liked Joe Royle as I've said all along but pleased with Deano. I do think it leaves us a coach short though.

Before it was (correct me if I'm wrong):
Adams/McGhee/Coppell
Booker
White
Keeley

Now:
Wilkins
White
Keeley

With White also supposedly doing some scouting.

at the start of the season it was

manager mcgee
assistant booker
coach wilkins
keeper coach keeley
chief scout white

so surely that means we are 2 people down

One of the first tasks for Wilkins is to review the first-team coaching set up and it is expected that he will recruit additional staff to assist in due course.
A good defensive coach is imperitive. Kevin Bond?:D

Its good news, we've got a manager who loves this club as much as we do.Now give him the tools to do the job with Dick.

WILKINS OUT!!!!

   :censored: :censored:

I don't actually want Deano sacked, you understand (quite the opposite, I wish him and Dean White all the luck in the world, and will be fully behind them), but someone had to say it at some stage of this thread.

Whilst I wish him well, I think the club has missed a chance to bring real change to the management team by bringing someone in with new ideas and contacts.

We are also short of a Youth team coach and chief scout, something I hope the club will address in the next week or two. We really need to know who we want, and who is available to bring into the club in the January transfer window, and this is what Dean White was supposed to be doing.

It is most obvious that even Wenger couldn't make the players we have into a promotion winning team it will depend on what support (£s) he gets from DK and the board to bring in new players.

he will be as good as the backing he receives from the chairman and going by the previous couple of seasons he won't be making any permanent cash signings..just selling for the 'falmer project'
