Has needed to be dropped for a while, hopefully his replacement will take his chance and keep the shirt.

I really think it is time to burn our bridges with Cox. He clearly believes he is far better than he is and cannot accept it - Leon Knight ?

you can see it going a similar way

trouble is, he started off really really well and obviously got ideas above his station. now he has been poor for the last year and doesnt seem to want to except the fact that he has not been good enough to warrant a starting place

hopefully he doesnt go the same way as knight, as it would be yet another waste of talent

Not sure its quite got to that stage yet, but you can see the similarities.

Maybe its the number 7 shirt...

Fair comment if he did, only repeating a text I received from someone relaying what SCR said.

team announced, left Stadium, went to Sportsman Pub, returned to Stadium and watched match.

we are all right!

Funny that, cos he was stood behind me in the North Stand before and during the game?
I heard the same rumour, glad it's not true. Although Coxy has obviously done something. He needs to sort himself out and get back to being the best winger in the division. Spell out of the team won't do him any harm either if just because he's not had a rest since breaking into the side really.

What a tosser. I'd have dropped him months ago, and released him by christmas. Get rid now.

A tosser? I'm not saying I agree with Cox, but remind me: do you think this of EVERY player who throws a little fit when dropped?

Not thinking of any particular player, obviously :p

He has never been the best winger in this league. Decent enough when he has been on form, but best winger in the league? No chance imo.

Oh well Cox not being there meant Richards got free-kicks and I think he showed us what he could do!

For the first 6 months he was RIPPING teams apart virtually every game. On that form there's not anyone better.

Must have missed that, was brilliant when he first came on the scene but this season I can count the games on one hand where he been quality. Maybe I haven't been going to the right games, or am being a little too harsh.

Then teams sussed him out.
Run down the line.
Cut back on right foot.
Try and cross it.???

The pattern seems we have a problem with our youngsters and they have trouble keeping their feet on the ground. Knight, Jarret, Harding, Hammond, Robinson and now Cox. And all of them their form goes off first then they can’t appear to be able to cope with the criticism

definitely needs to grow up , he once got thrown out of the Orange Square in Haywards Heath for being pissed and dancing on the tables.

i used to regularly see him on H/H station going off to training with the "look at me im a professional footballer" attitude, while limbering up on the platform.
