CL qualification and/or silverware. I’m in. Also wouldn’t over-analyse quotes from someone not speaking in their native language or that have been translated - definitely not to the point of worrying about it.

Hopefully, he'll be able to progress with us in the medium term. We're never going to challenge for the title etc. but where it made a lot of sense for Potter to "move up" to Chelsea on paper (immediate access to a bigger squad in the UCL), it makes less for RDZ currently - he has turned us into a team that could push for top four if the stars aligned.

Saying that though, I think RDZ is moving in a trajectory where he'd be on the lists of the big, stable, clubs if there was any high-profile movements next summer (City, Liverpool, Bayern, PSG, etc.).

I am just going to enjoy whatever time he has left here, we are Brighton I don't expect a steady trajectory, we are a roller coaster of a club.

Like he considers Caicedo and Alexis as being too good for us I am sure he thinks the same about himself.

I would think our trajectory post Sami has been very steady…….PB and TB have taken the roller-coaster element away, at least for now.
