Football has become far too intricate again. The reason for our recent success has been mixing it up.

Similar to Spurs. Lots of possession never looked like scoring.

This is it in a nutshell. You can only play that way at this level if you are Man City or Barcelona.

In fairness we tried to mix it up a bit more today, but regardless - I’m genuinely surprised that RDZ thinks he can come into this league and start trying to play the way we have in the last two games.

We've been here before.

Eventually RDZ will find a balance and as soon as he does he'll be on every list of odds for a top 6 manager replacement and the cycle will continue....if he doesn't get fed up of it himself first.

The team are adapting to the new style, It's going to take a while.
Attempting to move the ball quicker, in tighter positions and breaking the lines more effectively
Most of us were screaming out for a quicker approach, 12 months ago.

To be honest, it really isn't working yet and the team have reverted to old school Potter in the 2nd half of the last 2 games.
It will come, but I'm beginning to think we can write this season off, in regard to any progress from last season.
