To be fair he wasn't, unless you count Kuipers, O'Callaghan, even Forster, as bullies? They all shout at team mates too, the big meanies.
The ONLY reason people say this about Cullip is that unlike the aforementioned (and many others), he has a shaved head and tattoos.
