We submit an appeal in writing with supporting evidence. Are we allowed to put a case forward as to why it should be overturned, or is it just a matter of a panel taking another look?
It is then binned and the ref backed up.

Is there an echo in here?
Even though it should never have been a red, anyone with a shred of hope this will be overturned is pissing in the wind IMO.
Sadly this, no way it's going to be overturned because it means the FA would be admitting that their official made a costly mistake which dented our chances of getting a winner and promotion.
What are the potential theoretical outcomes. Obviously Mike Dean's chums will say he got it spot on and did a splendid job, but could potentially he get the three game ban completely withdrawn?
The FA will announce the result of the appeal shortly before going into the session to hear the evidence.
In theory they can actually add an extra game to the ban if the appeal is unsuccessful.

Calde visited the guy in hospital. Not even the FA is going to be hard nosed enough to suspend him.We did have Calde's red overturned; although that was a very low profile game. Also, the panel just loved Calde.
The Cock Juggling Thunder C**t hasn't got any mates.....he lives on a Leper Colony with Craig Pawson
At least he won't be reffing England !!!!Mr Pawson is one of our representatives at Euro 2016.
I don't normally suffer from outrage against poor officiating much longer than the weekend but this one will linger on and on and on I fear.
Against all odds I'm going for they do the decent thing and overturn the decision
