We had a long chat to one guy and his son who had driven down from Doncaster!!!! Not sure what time they set off but early!!
I do know that the Dag & Red team where on the pitch training!!! Clearly most of the pitch was fine. Still, Saints fans even more pissed off than us.

We turned around after just joining the M25.
Not being funny, but why on earth were some people at the ground? It was called off two and a half hours before kick-off, and most people have a mobile with internet, or someone who can let them know if they hear anything surely?

Checked NSC on my phone (with the iffy 3G connection) literally at about 10.15 as we were barrelling round the M25 past Clacketts and there was no mention of it being off. Got to Dagenham at 11, checked again, and was met with Lord B's glorious thread.
