Not sure if this helps, but I'm 5'10" and have the medium Pro Carbon. Recently had the bike fitted and the guy said it was pretty well spot on for me, which was a relief!

I did them with www.owayo.com template.
They are still in my folder, I now can't remember how I got the designs on here.

In fairness it's gotta be a pretty special design to get past the one [MENTION=19321]Pogue Mahone[/MENTION] wants.
To say he's smitten with it, would be an understatement.
