Will this group stay away? : Amador, Sagan, Bodnar, Vandenbergh, Debusschere, Eisel, Van Avermaet, Bozic, Bazayev, Flecha, Haussler, Popovych, Ladagnous.

1.25 with 35km to go. Cav trying to drive the chase.

Alternative question... will I keep talking to myself here?
Had to do a tactile dog walk, so the rest of the evening pans out.

Timed to perfection, not to dissimilar to Mr Sagan, back home in time to see the last 5 kms.

Here's a tip Mr Peloton - when the strongest rider goes up the road YOU have to follow him.

Great stuff, what was the bet, again?

I don't think I've had any Astana or Katusha riders all season, t'is a massive hole in my incredibly limited knowledge.

You might want to check that.
It seems like rather a lot for a place.

Well that's what the receipt says. 'Estimated returns'....oh dear, it's just dawning on me, is that for 1st place then and not a place? What's a place likely to be then if that's the case?

I reckon you'll get either 1/4 or 1/5 the odds. So £34 or £42 back I reckon.

1, 2, 3 for me today!

At any rate, it's a win for a change and I also have 1, 2 & 4 on fantasy. Happy days.

Oh, back to earth with a bump then. You can see I don't bet much and my maths is...well the less said the better

Blimey though, 1,2,3 for you on fantasy. Chapeau! :clap2:

Edit: Yep, you're right, it says 1/4 1-3.

Hey 40 quid more than what you started the day with.
Certainly not to be belittled, top tipping.

What, the Gorilla finished in a taxi!?

Lovely finish from Sagan today, shows he's learning fast, and love those wheelies for celebration. I suppose people either love flamboyant characters like this or hate them, personally I think Sagan is a breath of fresh air and I love watching him race. He's a tough cookie that's for sure.

Quite happy with my bet returns. As you say, more than I started the day with :)

Had the peloton remembered the reason they had spent the last 4 + hours on their bikes in the freezing cold, was because they were in a race, 5 minutes earlier, it would have been very different.

Scores are up and yet another strong NSC showing on the overall with Indurain's Lungs picking up a joint 10th on the stage :clap2:

As a team we would smash this game I reckon.

Just reading that Roelandts apparently was hit by a race organiser's car whilst doing a wheel change. Fell on his head so couldn't carry on, but ok apparently. Bad luck for him again as he punctured on E3 on one of the hills I think too, otherwise would have been good for a decent placing on both these races I reckon.

Well, I wanted an improvement on 12 points. I got 7 (SEVEN).

Bloody useless. Maybe I should pick Sagan....
