Oh and 1066familyman the shoes held up really well.
I've a tiny bit of cleat fettling to do so they aren't magic!!
But they are very comfortable, thanks for the find Bold Seagull.

What colour did you go for?? No white in my size. Only the orange.

Black which is matt, they have 'luck' written down the outside in gloss black.

I was a little worried once I'd taken them off my feet would look like an old Chinese woman's
But no you wouldn't believe they'd spent 11 hours in the same new shoes, as well as ridden about 70 miles, in total.

It was thanks, I had to work hard to keep him fed and watered but it was worth it.
There couldn't have been a pinch of salt left in me by the end, I was very 'crispy'

Just seen it on telly - absolute madness.

Imagine being assigned the job of protecting the biggest annual sporting event on the planet, and you end up inadvertently pepper spraying the riders... what a plonker!

French farmers blockade.

Oh yes, I've got 4 corners and a line.
I'm just 'G hit by an asteroid' away from "HOUSE".

Talk up lone break away rider and superb bike handling = rider going over handlebars and down a drop beyond a wall.

Thankfully Gilbert was okay and back on the bike. Not sure I'm carrying on a descent after that...

Felt really sorry for Yates today. I think he would have held Alaphilippe off had he not fallen on the descent.

Tomorrows stage is nasty. Only 65 kilometeres but 38 of them are uphill, including a brutal 18k climb to the finish.
