A mate of mine does put corriander and other herbs and spices into a korma to "spice " it up.

I see the Ides of march passed without catastrophy....those bastard sooth sayers..

Once that is done it ain't a korma it is a bespoke hottish ruby.

I had a pork kofta curry today which was blinding. Korma on the outset but a kick in the tail. I dont see why the amount of chillies you add changes a Korma into something else.

Only the fact that it changes the taste of said curry.
