For the final spot within my team I'm going to be picking, once again, a young up-and-comer within the game. He's a full German international and will no doubt have been noticed by anyone watching the PL this season.

Whilst I normally like to write a fair bit of blurb to go with my selection I think we're all likely to recognise the name, and talents, of; Andre Schurrle

I'll post the full team (plus categories used) in about 5 minutes, just want to triple check everyone fits in as planned.

bhafc22 - You're up buddy.

Now that my last pick has been made, my complete draft looks something like this;

Category 1 - Has played at least 200 times for one club - Giorgio Chiellini
Category 2 – Has made over 70 International appearances - Yaya Toure
Category 3 - Has never played at a World Cup - Victor Valdes
Category 4 - Plays/Manages outside the “top 5” leagues - Ricardo Quaresma
Category 5 – Has been the top goal scorer in a top-flight season - Mario Mandzukic
Category 6 – Played/Managed football in at least 4 different countries - Marcelo Bielsa
Category 7 – Has been relegated during his career - Raphael Varane
Category 8 – Has played in a Champions League Semi-Final/Final - Andre Schurrle
Category 9 – Is under 24 years of age - Koke
Category 10 - Has won a league title with 2 different clubs - Alex Sandro
Category 11 – Is over 30 years old - Maicon
Category 12 - Has faced Brighton at some point in his career - Jack Wilshere

The provisional formation for Sporting Gullflyinghigh (provisional name as well, I'm sure I can do better given time!) is a 4-2-3-1, as below;

Manager - Marcelo Bielsa

Valdes
Maicon, Varane, Chiellini, Alex Sandro
Wilshere, Toure
Quaresma, Schurrle, Koke
Mandzukic

I like to think that I've managed to put together a team that lacks any real weakness, whilst mixing together a group of experienced veterans and up-and-coming future stars of the game. Under the watchful eye of Marcelo 'Loco' Bielsa, who knows what they could achieve?

As a sidenote, I'm really quite sad there are no more picks to be made. However will I spend time at work now?! *sigh*

Taken me ages to find anyone that fits!

With my final selection, I select a partner for Vincent Kompany with tons of experience and ability.

Currently at Inter Milan in the twilight of his career.

I'm torn between three players for my final pick - all good players and all in the same position that would offer different things to my team

I was enduring something similar with my last pick, I had 4 people to choose from but couldn't decide which formation I was going to use so they all had different positions.

Was very tough!

Here is Team Pauldcpfc:

Ter Stegen
Lahm --- Kompany -- Campagnaro - Azpilicueta
Javi Martinez
Vidal ------ Pjanic
Tevez ------------------- Lavezzi
Giroud

Manager: Frank De Boer

A team that has a very strong base, with overlapping full backs to provide the width. This will complement the 2 wingers who prefer to play closer to the striker. When the full backs bomb forward, Martinez can drop back to turn it into a mobile back 3. The midfield trio are all good players of the ball, and Vidal and Pjanic can keep the ball on the deck, and cut the team open with incisive passes.

By Category:
1: Played 200 times for one club: Javi Martinez (for Athletic Bilbao)
2: Has 70 international appearances: Phillip Lahm (for Germany)
3: Has not played at a World Cup: Ezequiel Lavezzi (Argentina)
4: Manages outside the top 5 leagues (currently): Frank De Boer (Ajax, Netherlands)
5: Top Goalscorer in any top division: Olivier Giroud (Ligue 1)
6: Played in 4 different countries: Carlos Tevez (Argentina, Brazil, England, Italy)
7: Has been relegated: Miralem Pjanic (Metz)
8: Played in a Champs League Semi/Final: Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea)
9: Under the Age of 24: Marc-Andre Ter Stegen (Borussia Moenchengladbach... en route to Barcelona)
10: Has won a title with 2 different clubs: Arturo Vidal (Colo Colo, Juventus)
11: Over 30 years old: Hugo Campagnaro (Inter Milan, 34 years old)
12: Faced Brighton: Vincent Kompany (September 2008 for Man City)

For my final pick - I needed a left back, and wanted to pick an up and coming youngster to go with the experience I have in the rest of my defence... step forward (in Category 3 - Has never played in a World Cup - although he has been picked by France to go to this years) - The PSG Left Back - Lucas Digne

I will post my full team/manager and formation later when I am not working...

I've agonised over this final pick, switching between three players but I've settled on this player as my pick.

A hard working wide midfielder, his creative play will complement the rest of the team well I feel, plus he'll be able to get up and down the pitch all game to help out at both ends. Captain of Galatasaray at the tender age of 21, he has been a key part of Atletico Madrid's title win this season.

ARDA TURN

That means my final team is, in order of category, is
Sagna; Joachim Loew; Turan; Mangala; Lukaku; Sahin; Lopez; Coentrao; Moura; Dante; Alonso; Suarez

Guy Fawkes is next!

Pass and move, that's the FC SP groove.

Between Alonso, Sahin and Turan this team should control possession and the tempo of the game, and with the pace of Moura, the power of Lukaku and the skill of Suarez there are many ways that the attack will hurt you.

If the team needs to go slightly more defensive, Turan can drop into a midfield three with Lukaku or Suarez moving wider.

With a mix of Dutch/French flair and Eastern European solidity - my team will control possession in the middle of the park, with De Jong sitting further back to break up play, and VDV/Lallana providing the ammunition for a front three which has pace, power and finishing all in abundance.

Category 1 - Has played at least 200 times for one club (Manager) Vicente del Bosque
Category 2 – Has made over 70 International appearances Van De Vaart
Category 3 - Has never played at a World Cup Digne
Category 4 - Plays/Manages outside the “top 5” leagues Srna
Category 5 – Has been the top goal scorer in a top-flight season Benzema
Category 6 – Played football in at least 4 different countries Robben
Category 7 – Has been relegated during his career Lallana
Category 8 – Has played in a Champions League Semi-Final/Final. Subotic
Category 9 – Is under 24 years of age Balotelli
Category 10 - Has won a league title with 2 different clubs Nigel De Jong
Category 11 – Is over 30 years old Simunic
Category 12 - Has faced Brighton at some point in his career Krul

Some cracking teams being assembled here - this is going to make for some VERY tough voting I reckon.

Ok, after much deliberating between 3 players that were proving to be impossible to seperate i have finally made my final selection.

My final pick is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Paris Saint-Germain and the Brazil national football team as a central defender. He is known for his physical strength and the power of his shot, which has gained him the nickname of "The Tank"

He began his career with Santos of Brazil, making his first team debut in 2002 before later becoming part of the club's central pillars. Making his professional league debut in the 1–1 draw against Fluminense. Less than a month after his debut, he scored his first goal for the club in a match against Vasco da Gama on 18 September 2002. After multiple impressive performances, he secured his place in the team's regular starting lineup. In his first season playing, in 2002, Santos won the Série A title, their first since 1968.

Having been bought by the Premier League club Chelsea in 2004, he was loaned to Dutch team PSV and he won 3 Eredivisie titles with them. Alex finally joined the Chelsea squad in the summer of 2007 after three years in the Netherlands. In his time at Chelsea, he won the 2009 FA Cup and a league and FA Cup "double" in 2010, as well as reaching the 2008 UEFA Champions League Final.

On 27 January 2012, he joined Paris Saint-Germain to reunite with his former manager Carlo Ancelotti and has since won Ligue 1 twice, the Coupe de la Ligue and Trophée des champions.

He has earned 17 caps for Brazil between 2003 and 2008, winning the 2007 Copa América and finishing as runner-up at the 2003 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
