If thats the place i'm thinking of in the high street I staggerd in there a couple of weeks ago. Very nice and modern and it's now a non-smoking pub. Although i'm a smoker I found it nice change.

yeah went there last week , quite trendy . Not sure if they had a patio before but was sitting out there and it was spot on . . . overlooking river. Would reccomend

the Crown has been a shyte hole for years so It can only get better, our neighbours reported a good lunch there last weekend

Why do people assume I am going there for free

we are going out with a few friends who had heard it was very nice and I was asking the question if anyone had been.

I've heard good things about it Dave - menu is supposed to be good and its modern and hip now aparently!! The woeful music that used to come out of there seems to have stopped which is a good sign!!

Quality place to drink Dave, went a few Saturdays ago then onto Toscas
