JFC got 1 in the league and 1 in the cup (I was only counting league), Sparrow got 2 v Southampton and that's it as far as I can remember. Navarro got 1.

Fact is, if Crofts had not been here before and we signed someone from a prem club who has had the last two season's Crofts has had, people would be creaming themselves. I think its a great signing, exactly what was needed.

You could not be more wrong. The guy is an absolute BEAST, in terms of both strength and stamina. He will stop our central midfield from being bossed by others. El Abd will now have a true adversary in the gym, once again.

I must admit to not knowing much about him but remembering from his previous spell with us he seemed a little weak in the tackle etc.

I would be interested in the undisclosed fee-did we pay more than we sold him for,i suspect we did given a 3 year contract,why not a 2 year deal?

I really hope it works out as i am never a believer in the 2nd time around scenarios.. this is not to say it cannot work out though..

I hope so-not that i am one for paying more but he represents this kind of fee,and i hate to think we had to pay it as he was ours to begin with,but he left for a very good reason,he was a quality player that others wanted,and he has to some degree proved himself-like i say i really hope it works out 2nd time of asking..pleased to have him btw..

I am a little disappointed as I do not see him as the big muscle in the midfield that we need. As an attacking option he will be ok and a vast improvement on Navarro or most that we have now .

I dont remember him as a tackling giant in the Nobby Horton Jimmy Case mould but I hope that I am proved wrong as I am sure that as an attacking force he will be immense.
