60?

I reckon about 4 car loads so about 20ish.

my guestimate on this is the fact Gateshead are a newly promoted side, Possibly some Geordies living locally go there?? Well it was a guess tbh i have no idea what the away following is like in the BSP

For shit teams like Sailsbury, Forest Green It's normally 50-150.

But for local teams like Eastbourne there loads, not surprisingly though.

If it's Gateshead an amazing support would be 30.

Forest Green got just over 1800 on Tuesday night for the game against Luton, who did bring almost 800...but taken in context, 1000+ home fans for a village team isn't bad!

I will go for a 3-1 win for Crawley and 42 away fans from a crowd of 1027.

Oi...less of the shit please, only 5k people live in Nailsworth, so getting 1k of them to turn out and support the footy team is a pretty good show...what is the population of Crawley?

Yes I've heard it all before:bla:

Yes the ratio of people in Crawley coming to matches is about a 100:1 people.

But a lot of people that live in Crawley are from London so they probably support teams like Arsenal and Chelsea

I don't know why people are so anti-Crawley on here. I like seeing them do well, and I like to see Eastbourne and Lewes do well too, although the latter have the least chance of gaining league status any time soon.

In a few years we could see CTFC not too far from ourselves in the league pyramid and let's be honest it would be a bloody easy away day. You could be back home afterwards in time for the late prem kick off!

Shame about their lame fanbase but it isn't as if everyone in Sussex supports the Albion as it would appear the majority of Crawlians parade premiership team shirts round town.

Surely it's ALWAYS better to support your local team than throw your hard earned money at clubs who don't need it (your Chelsea shirt you bought makes f'all difference to Mr Abramovich) when you could make a real difference and get behind the team in your town who are actually making a decent effort in a nice ground to get themselves league status.

I've been to the Broadfield many a time and always enjoyed it.

Stop berating a LOCAL fan supporting his LOCAL club which to us is, in fact, a LOCAL club.

Crawley doesn't have a lot to be proud of, it would be nice if they could boast a half decent football team and a following that mean business

...many of the people I know who follow Rovers aren't originally from this area either, it is just that they want to watch a game of football played to a reasonable standard, which I believe the Conference is...what are the alternatives, Chelts, Swindon or one of the Bristols?

This area is rugby obsessive to a level that you wouldn't believe...to sustain a football team at a relatively decent level, with the crowds Rovers get, is nothing short of miraculous.
