Dickinson isnt scoring goals, and the rest of his games pretty aweful, a Davies/Forster partnership is our ticket to automatic promotion this season, lets hope Slade sees this soon otherwise he will be gone at xmas with the ability he has.

Davies looked good and laid of the ball well for Benett

I thought Davies looked up for it - Dickenson was not at the races today should have come off earlier. Probably still start with forster and dickenson but change it earlier if it is not working.

You honestly think Dickinson deserved to stay on that Davies did worse then? :US:

I've got no problem with bringing Davies on for Dickinson at that point in the game. I just get my head around this irrational hatred for Dickinson.

Just because he doesn't run around like a headless chicken people think he's not trying, it was the same thing with Murray. Are you choosing to ignore his flick on for Forsters first, or when he gets the ball played to his feet and he manages to create an extra yard of space for himself and lay it off. Like I said, he's not the type of player that's involved for 90 minutes, but he's got something about him where he can create something out of nothing. I'd rather have a couple of bits of magic from Dickinson than Davies or Hart chasing lost causes for 90 minutes.

Can see what youre saying, but didnt see any of that today. Forsters first came off Barretts head and dont think Dickinson offered much at all today. Never looked threatening, didnt create much and fluffed his one chance of the day.

Not his day today, think Davies deserves a shot though.

My thoughts exactly. We appear to have a quality player here who is opening up space for Forster & working his bollocks off but will end up getting seriously slagged off week after week by people who refuse to recognise it.

Davies looked lively today but ultimately blew his big chance, as he always does - scuffing a golden opportunity off target from eight yards out after we'd hit the bar, someone (cox?) tapped home the loose ball but was offside. If he buries that chance I doubt we'd have lost..

Same old, same old.

Forster also missed a sitter as did Dickinson, we'd have won if they scored too. Why is it craig gets the abuse?

I thought Davies was the one who was offside and the flag was up way before the ball was squared
