Form goes out of the window . Even though it’s a early kick off the atmosphere will be great and the fanatics are painting banners as we speak !

Great, the early kick off games are usually the ones televised here on the SBS channel, so it could be an early night for me.

Fantastic observation there.

Us at home is a different proposition. Best thing you can do is sit back and let us have the ball, which I’m sure is your game plan anyway. Not expecting a high scoring game. 1-0 or 2-1. I’m sure the players are aware they owe us for the last horror show. Wilf coming into form just about the right time too.

Ok, so I know I need to wash my mouth out... but Palace offensively with Zahahaha and Townsend and Bitshuyi are a big threat to any team right now and are actually good to watch. (Sorry that was tough to say)....

When Bitshuyi goes to a big team (and he will) and Zaha goes to Dortmund during the Summer, it’ll be a big moment in terms of where you go from there.

I really do not think we are capable of holding on for for the first 20 mins next week.

I think we might nick a win. I think we’ll set up defensively and grab a goal completely against the run of play.

Absolute nailed on away win , We’ll use the preferred away 550 formation and just wait until Dunk gets sent off for stroking Dwaynes hair then switch to a more attacking formation of 2-1-6 and win comfortably .

Zaha won’t leave unless some stupidly big offer comes in and Parish needs to rebalance the books again. He’s a big fish in a small (pond) swamp. He isn’t mentally strong enough to go to a bigger club

I think you might be right.

However, recent defensive lapses against Palace by the likes of Balogun & Schelotto need to be absent. We also might need the sort of luck Burnley got with Attwell (at the Amex) or at least have a ref who is immune to Zaha’s diving tactics.

4-5-1 with Andone and serious pace on the wings and I think we have a chance.

Think we will win 2-1.
You’ll score first, ( Murray, who else ) then defend like hell.
Zaha with the goals for us, and Duffy gets sent off for a cynical foul on Zaha.

Hope he does a good job on the human torpedo and puts him out for the rest of the season.
Or how about a nice Gerry Ryan type injury that you so like to joke about on your board OG?

Didn't everybody see what a shower of shit they are when we played them at home. We will win and I'd be up there to watch it if it wasn't for those scary banners.

If Albion start the game, and generally it's the first twenty minutes or so, as slow and as aimless as yesterday, then we'll have a mountain to climb as we could easily concede a couple. If we survive this period then, as you say, form is out of the window and anything can and will happen.

I am rather hoping we don’t start with Murray. We will defend in depth and rely on quick breaks, playing Murray will hinder that.

Expect a really unexciting combatative low quality borefest like so many of the games were when we played each other regularly back in the day. Game may not finish with 11 players on both sides.

Prediction:

Zaha diving all over the shop.
Palace 10 year olds in hoodies with flares.
Met all over the place winding up Brighton fans pushing us with their horses.
Andone scoring and jumping over the hoardings with a kung fu kick.
Dunky driving the side forward with Stephens taking Zaha out within 2 minutes.

The score.........i have no idea.

i’d like to predict that i don’t know who will win this. Decisiveness is one of my strongest attributes
