I have only done that once, the second leg of the play-off SF with some idea of insuring against the summer being totally ruined. Palace were 3-1 odds that night which was mad for a derby one-off game after the first-leg draw. I would happily have handed at least double the decent winnings back for the win and a trip to Wembley, and haven't done it again since!

I'll bet you felt real dirty when you collected your winnings!

Saw a mate of mine who is a Palace STH who openly admitted he has been avoiding me since Saturday.

No good words about us, "Knocky should have seen red", "Ryan wasting time" , "We had no invention" , "relied on kicking players off the park", "Knocky a **** for sticking his tongue out in celebration at the home fans" and my favourite quote"it's going to take a few weeks to get over this! "
My only reply was "oh so we out Palaced Palace on the road".
Popping up my local which is mainly Palace in a minute, how smug am I going to be.
