Maybe they all live together in a hotel ... the jury's still out on that though

Would you describe that as 'their home' ??

Wasn't the un-named player named in the first trial?

I also notice, from yesterday's updates, that the victim has also now change her story on this by saying they were just friends and not in a relationship. Could have sworn during the first trial she said she was 'dating the un-named player.

No he wasn't, but it was easy to work it out.

I haven't seen any updates or quotes from yesterday's proceedings other than the woman admitted to spending the night at the players' home after the the alleged offence happened - this was not reported during the initial trial for some reason. However, in Wednesday's evidence, it was stated that she was in a relationship with another BHA player (un-named) until January 2012.

I hope that the updates keep coming today; it's a distraction from the stomach churning nerves that I have about tonight.

The evidence being given seems to be portraying a totally different scenario to the first trial. Odd.

I was thinking that, for example:

Mr Lodder QC: "You told first your manager and then in a subsequent interview someone else from the hotel that the reason you didn't go to work was because you were unconcious because somebody had spiked your drink?"

Mr O'Neill QC: "You went back to the Jury's Inn Hotel and having got here you went to get some bedding for Lewis Dunk and Steve Cook."

So she actually worked at the hotel then? This certainly wasn't reported at the initial trial.

The questioning seems far more direct this time as well.

Am I the only person who doesn't know who the un-named player is? ahaha
I've no idea, don't care, not looking it up.

I would like this case to be over quickly though, with the correct verdicts (whatever they are).
