Ive heard that Capello is being earmarked on return from South Africa
You heard it here first!

My point is that for an up and coming manager or in Coppell’s case a proven manager with aspirations of returning to management, a club like ours is a very appealing prospect. We have one of the larger player budgets in the division and a decent manager would relish the opportunity. So while I may have exaggerated our position if you are a manger with a five year plan to achieve something with an ambitious club, I feel Brighton and Hove Albion is perfectly suited.
Didn't we spend nearly a million pounds in transfer fees in the summer?what deep pockets?...he has financed the stadium.....he is not an Abramovitch. I dont see millions being put into the team ( and to be fair if he had millions to spend on players now would be the time to do it!)
We are a far more attractive proposition now Wizard. BHAFC should be the hottest ticket outside the premiership right now and Slade is in a very priviledged position and needs to sort his shit out PDQ.
Micky Adams II then..... :US:
Coppel will only walk out on us again if a big club comes in anyway.
Didn't Coppell quit football (as opposed to just leaving Reading) due to a long standing promise to those close to him?
Former Reading manager Steve Coppell will return to football after break - TelegraphDidn't Coppell quit football (as opposed to just leaving Reading) due to a long standing promise to those close to him?
They all say that.
Do they? In Coppell's case I believe him as he is a man of unusual integrity in the world of football.
Apparently over a million ha been spent on players over the summer yes
that is about a £Million more than most sides in this division.
