I wear gas permeable ones- have done for more than 30 years.

I did try daily ones but after several months (and several pairs of lenses) couldn't get used to them and went back to the gas permeable ones: they suit me fine.

Advice wanted, preferably if there are any eyecare professionals on this board but people with experience will be useful.

I've just started to wear Daily disposables but only really want them for a few hours at a time when I play footy or pool or similar. I know that plenty of people use Dailies for weks at a time and I don't intend to do that, I just kinda begrudge using them for about 2 hours then binning them, seems like a waste of money when I'm sure I'd be alright to use them next time?

So my question is, so long as I store them properly, would there be any dangers/side effects of wearing a pair that i'd previously worn for a couple of hours, twice?

Cheers in advance

I've worn contacts for a number of years and get my lenses online as they're far far cheaper.

I go to Buy Cheap Contact lenses direct from the UK who are brilliant.

You'll need to know your prescription but once you've got this, you can select from a range of lenses. They also offer a good deal on bulk buys and their standard delivery is next day.

Visiondirect.co.uk are even cheaper, with a free delivery service.
