I think that Vicente's inability to speak English yet could be to our advantage - having a manager & assistant manager who are both fluent. Wouldn't have the same communication at most other clubs.

Plus he was Mexico manager recently. I definitely think we have the set-up to make him settle better though. Surely everyone looking at Leicester from the outside can see there is so much upheaval that success won't be immediate?

Indeed, but the languages share similarities (as does French/Italian/Spanish) - so having a good knowledge of one will provide some understanding in the other. Unlikely to be fluent, hopefully.

With all due respect, he was confident of getting the "special player" last season that never happened...... and this direct quote, is in the argus just days ago about our failed Billy Paynter bid...... "“We are working very hard and I am positive we will get someone in before the deadline"

It aint Gus fault, but it hasn't gone to plan so far
