If true, perhaps the photo thing is because there will be an official press conference on tuesday, but the signing will be announced today. Or perhaps they were just playing with him. If they say 'don't release it til 3pm', he'll release it at 2.45 for exclusivity, if they say 'not until tuesday', he'll keep it until monday night, and they can reveal him this afternoon without anyone else getting a photo out.
