Brace yourself then, as I have no doubt the impending tenth anniversary will require a 50 page pull out on her life in the Daily Express, accompanied by more conspiracy headlines to soothe their gullible readers' sense of longing.

I was never a fan of hers, of course it was sad for her family when she died, but I thought the national hysteria was way over the top.

I would like to know where all this money for the continuing enquiry is coming from? Assuming it is from public funds, how come nobody seems to be complaining about the endless dragging out of this utterly ridiculous saga? It must have cost millions by now, and for what? Was Diana really that important that her death justifies this expense? It cannot possibly be in the public interest.

There must be posters on here who've lost family or friends in car accidents. Were their deaths the subject of multi-million pound investigations? I just cannot see how it can be justified any longer. At the end of it all, they'll turn around and report that, shock horror, it was an accident, Fayed won't believe it, the Express will shout "Sham!", and nothing will change. Who cares any more??

What makes me think there may be more to thos than meets the eye, is the amount of times they've had to appoint a new coroner to carry out this inquest. So far I think they are up to 4. I've never come aacross even one being replaced, let alone three. You cna't help wondering why this keeps happening.

The concert was OK but despite Fearne Cotton saying how brilliant the atmosphere was every 5 minutes that didn't come across until Take That did "Back For Good".

Ricky Gervais must have woken up and cringed this morning. Mixing stadium pop concert and comedy is a recipe for disaster, as other names have died before him. It also shows that although he's funny he's not half the comedian he's hyped up to be. A true professional like Tarby or Monkhouse would have had the audience in stiches in the same scenario.

Damp squib ending, too. Everyone waited all day to sing "Candle In The Wind" so why didn't Elton John play it?

P Diddy? Don't get me started.

My personal highlight - Roger Hodgson completely missing that top high note - hilarious!

The most curious thing..

Probably because no-one in their right mind wants to sit through months of Al-Fayad's lunatic paranoid ramblings about Phil the Greek and his team of crack paparatzii chasing somebody into a concrete wall in Paris.
I'm only surprised he hasn't tried to call God as a witness (he seems to be trying to get everyone else)

Lots of people drive too fast, lots of people loose control, lots of people crash, and its not unknown for car at high speed meeting large concrete wall to result fatalities.....

...and the concert was dismal.
