Community club of the year - any press picked this up?

Couldn't The Seagulls Party take out a nice prominent advert in the Argus and whatever passes for a newspaper in Lewes (Sussex Express?) congratulating the club on the award.

Why don't we do it? Chuck in a couple of pounds each...soon have enough for a half page ad and we don't have to pull any punches regarding LDC's comments.

I wonder if the nimbys have got more influence with the national press than anybody realises.

But as Mona says, there appear to be far more anti-Falmer stories (ie. "Don't destroy our beautiful duckpond"-style lies) in the nationals than there are positive Falmer stories.

The Nimbys do seem to have a better PR team in that respect.
