We can't afford him... simple as and it would disrupt the team...the young players are loyal to Wendy and sacking him now just because Micky is available would send out all the wrong messages.

As DoF? Like the idea but again we can't afford and would be an axe over Wendy's head. he would know his days are numbered.

If things get so bad here that Wendy's tenure is indefensible, then sack and Micky come in... providing he hasn't taken another job.

BTW has Micky even been sacked yet?

Disrupt the team...the useless fcukers are losing every week..and playing absolute monkey tennis...a disruption is what they need...Wilkins is just too nice and the players arnt doing it for him...If we had a chance of bringing MA back to replace a team thats on the edge of relegation fight...then to not try would be madness

Micky left last time because of the lack of budget and the Falmer situation.

He left last time because there was a Premiership job on offer rather than because of money or stadium issues, and he wanted to test himself against the best.

Yes he signed some ideal players last time and built them into a team that did well, but sometimes his tactics - especially substitutions - seemed a bit strange to me, but then he's a proven football manager and I'm not!

I've got a lot of respect for the guy and he did a great job here but I'm not convinced that coming back would be a good idea, for him or us.

Remember Mullery. Arguably he achieved more than MA did and then came back and it all went pear shaped. OK there may have been Board issues at the time but he wasn't exactly setting the world on fire even before the arguments at the end.

IMHO, never go back to a job you have already done successfully, there's too much downside. If you're good enough, you'll get another job somewhere else and succeed there. Leave the memories intact without risking spoiling them.

I suppose some sort of overseeing position leaving DW as Team Manager may be a possibility but I wouldn't have thought that MA was ready for that yet in his career, not because he couldn't do it but because he's more of a hands-on man. So I don't see any way he could come back without usurping at least some of DW's job.

Behave! We're playing the youth team in League One. They're being edged out by a single goal most weeks. They're doing remarkably well under the circumstances. Hardly their fault DK went for the cheap option. Hardly DK's fault either, come to think of it. Blame LDC and this Falmer bullshit.

Why is it so important to keep Dw...yes we had a nice little run of wins under him...but baring a few select games I have seen some of the worst performance I have ever seen....(were in league 1 remember)

He is getting it wrong every week..the team is getting changed every week...players are playing in different positions every week..its a joke!

This is a man we need to keep?

If MA came back there is obviously a chance he could fail....But i'm quite sure he wouldnt take us down...now I cant say the same for Wilkins...He has lost the plot.

Who's choice is it to play the youth team???

Chippy came back for 1 game..yeovil..played poorly then sits on bench again

Hart in and out of team..at right back...right mid

frutos-bench warming

If he chooses not to play these guys then blaims it on on the age of the players..stop playing them..

Doing well...we lose every week @ the mo...and are playing rubbish footie..thats good is it?

DK'S Fault aswell..if your gonna sack an expiereinced manager...when he knew we would struggle the last thing we need is another youth coach..to ruin things

Quite looking forward to LI telling everyone how disloyal they are for even contemplating wanting Adams back.

Much as I enjoyed and appreciate what MA did for us, I am 100% behind DW & DW and their young squad. With no target other than survival this season it is a great opportunity to learn their trade at this level and gain experience.

If so-called 'fans' are allowed to keep undermining our young squad and inexperienced manager, then we will get what we deserve.

MA is not the answer, even in the short term.

DW2 should be given every encouragement to focus on the challenge ahead rather than be subjected to ill-informed sniping from the NSC equivalents of Jade and Danielle.

DW is going to take us down. It was plainly obvious from the moment he was given the job, DK took the cheap option and its showing now. If something doesn't change im looking forward to taking on Accrington Stanley at home.

No? Why mad? There are better managers than Adams about, if tight wants to pay real wages?
