Got here at 3 after leaving Burgess at 11. We wasted half an hour getting in and out of the services on the M11, absolute chaos.

No problem leaving Birchanger services and seems OK after that......looks like we'll be there around 615/30

Traffic is very bad now at Thetford, hopefully will clear into Norwich. Guessing ETA 18:30

We have arrived left at midday from the Amex 5 hours 20 minutes with 45 minutes stop, getting very busy getting into Norwich.
